حضرت سید منظور حسین (رح) کی کچھ باتیں: حضرت شیخ (رح) سے کسی نے ایک دفعہ سوال کیا کہ طریقت کیا ہے تو انہوں نے فارسی کا ایک شعر پڑھا اور اس کا مطلب بیان فرمایا کے طریقت یہ ہے کہ اپنے کو سب سے کمتر سمجھو اور دوسرے کو ہرگز کبھی اپنے سے کم نہ سمجھو اگر تم ان اشعار کے معنی سمجھ جاؤ گے تو طریقت کو سمجھ جاؤ گے-
English translation of a narration by Hazrat Syed Manzoor Hussain (RT):Once someone asked Hazrat Sheikh (RT) what is meant by Tareeqat (spirituality). In response he recited a verse from Persian poetry, which he translated (in Urdu) as, ‘Tareeqat is this, that always consider yourself humble and lowest of all, and never ever consider anyone lower than yourself’. Hazrat Sheikh (RT) then said that if you can understand the meaning of this verse, you will be able to understand Tareeqat (spirituality).
