39 Hazrat Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain (RT) explaining the importance of Waseela (intermediary)

An Urdu Saying of Hazrat Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain (Rt) followed by English Translation below explaining the importance of Waseela (Intermediary):

ایک دفعہ حضرت شیخ سید منظور حسین( رح) نے ایک سوال کے جواب میں وسیلے کی اہمیت سمجھاتے ہوئے فرمایا: ایک دفعہ ایک چیونٹی کو بھت خواہش ھوئ کہ وہ خانہ کعبہ تک پہنچ کر اس کا دیدار کرے، اس نے دعا کی تو ایک کبوتر اڑھتا ھوا آیا اور چیونٹی اس کے پیروں سے چمٹ گئ، وہ کبوتر اس کو لےکر آسمانوں کی بلندیوں پر اڑھتا ھوا خانہ کعبہ تک جا پہنچا، اور وہ چیونٹی کبوتر کے پیروں سے چمٹی ھوئ خانہ کعبہ تک جا پہنچی، اور اس طرح اس کو خانہ کعبہ تک رسائی اور اس کی زیارت حاصل ھوئ ۔( شرح:حضرت شیخ (رح) یہ مثال دے کر سمجھا رھے تھے ،کہ جیسےچیونٹی اتنی بڑی نہیں ہوتی اور اس کی اڑان اتنی اونچی نہیں ھوتی کہ وہ خود زمین سے آدھا انچ بھی اوپر اٹھ سکے ،مگر اگر دل میں سچی لگن ھو تو اللہ تعالٰی کسی بلند اڑان والے کو وسیلہ بنا دیتا ھے ،جن کے پیروں سے چمٹ کر زمین سے آسمانوں کی بلندیوں تک اور اللہ کے قرب تک رسائی نصیب ھو جاتی ھے ،اگر دل میں سچی لگن ہو تو وسیلہ بھی بن جاتا ھے، اور اللہ پاک منزل مقصود تک پہنچنے کا واسطہ بھی عطا کر دیتا ھے ) ۔ پھر انہوں نے اپنے شیخ حضرت سید محمد مجتبٰی خان (رض) کےمزار مبارک کی طرف اشارہ کر کے فرمایا کہ ھمارے حضرت قبلہ پیر سائیں(رض) کا وسیلہ تو کیا ھی وسیلہ ھے ( جو کہ ناقصوں کو اللہ کے فضل سے کامل بنا دیتا ھے)

English translation:

Once in response to a question, Hazrat Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain(RT) explained the importance of ‘Waseela'(Intermediary): He said that once an ant had an intense desire to reach and see Khana Ka’aba. She prayed sincerely for the fulfilment of this desire. In response to the prayer, a pigeon was sent and the ant clung to its feet. The bird took the ant to high skies and finally reached Khana Ka’aba. Hence, the ant, that was clinging to the feet of the pigeon, was granted access to and ‘ziarat’ of Ka’aba.(Explanation: Hazrat Sheikh(RT), by this example, was explaining that an ant is not so big and its flight is also very low. On its own, it cannot even fly half an inch above the ground. But if the desire is sincere, then Allah Taala grants a ‘Waseela’ (Connection) that has an ability to reach high skies, that can raise one from the ground to the high sky and if the desire is true even Allah’s proximity is granted. Allah Taala provides ‘Waseela’ to take the one to the desired destination.) He then pointed at the Mazar (Shrine) Mubarak of his own Sheikh, Hazrat Syed Muhammad Mujtaba Khan (RT), and exclaimed that What a grand Waseela is that of Hazrat Qibla Pir Sayain(RT). (This Association of Hazrat Qibla Pir Sayain (RT)with Allah’s grace has turned the Imperfect (‘naqis’) ones into (kamil) Perfect ones).
