30 Hazrat Syed MAnzoor Hussain RT teaching the adaab and manners of making dua

ایک دفعہ حضرت شیخ سید منظور حسین (رح) نے اپنے شیخ حضرت سید محمد مجتبیٰ خان (ر ح) کے مزار شریف، خیر پور میرس، میں بیٹھے ہوئے ایک سوال کے جواب میں ان کے مزار کی طرف اشارہ کر کے فرمایا کہ در دیکھ کر مانگنا چاہیے۔ جتنا بڑا دربار ہو ویسے ھی دعا کرانی چاہیے۔ حضرت قبلہ پیر سائیں (رح) کا کیا معاملہ ھے، یہ کیا دربار ھے، یہ ہماری عقلوں سے باھر ھے، اور پھر فرمایا جب بھی کسی در پر جاؤ تو اس در کو دیکھ کر اس کے مطابق اپنی حاجت بیان کرو۔ اگر مانگنا ھے تو اللہ (سبحانه و تعالى) کو اللہ (سبحانه و تعالى) سے اور رسول اللہ (ﷺ) کو اللہ (سبحانه و تعالى) سے مانگو۔ اگر وہ مل جائیں تو سب کچھ مل جاتا ھے۔

English translation:

Once Hazrat Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain(RT) at the shrine of his Sheikh Hazrat Syed Mohammed Mujtaba Khan(RT) in Khairpur Miras, Pakistan, while responding to a question pointed at the Mazar(shrine) mubarak of his Sheikh and said that your supplication(dua) before Allah Ta’ala should be in accordance with the spiritual status and sanctity of the door you are standing at. Request for supplication(dua) should be made keeping in view the high spiritual status and sanctity of the court where one is present. The spiritual ranks of Hazrat Qibla Syed Mohammed Mujtaba Khan(RT) is far beyond the comprehension of anyone. When you go to any door, the request should be according to the reverence of that court. Ask Allah Subhan O Taala for Allah Himself and ask for His Prophet(ﷺ). If you are able to find Allah Ta’ala and His Prophet(ﷺ) you are granted everything.
