54 A Special Dua by HAzrat-e-Sheikh Syed MAnzoor Hussain (RT) in his own handwriting in Arabic to be recited for all purposes

English translation given below:

یہ خاص دعا حضرت شیخ سید منظور حسین رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ نے اپنے مریدوں کو عربی میں اپنے ہاتھ سے لکھ کر دی ہوئی ھے، اس کے ساتھ ترجمہ بھی کر دیا گیا ھے، اس کو پڑھنے کا طریقہ جو انہوں نے بتایا ھے ،وہ یہ ھے کہ روزانہ 3 تین دفعہ صبح فجر کے بعد تین یا چار دفعہ عشاء کے بعد رات کو پڑھیں اور اپنے اوپر اور اپنے اہل خانہ اور پیاروں پر دم کردیں، اور اس کے بعد کسی بھی شرعی جائز حاجت کے لئے آپ دعا فرمائیں، انشاللہ خیر ھو گی۔
یا اللہ, یا اللہ, یا اللہ, اے دعا سننے والے، ہماری دعا سن، اور تمام اور مختلف بیماریوں سے ہمیں اپنی حفاظت میں رکھ، اور اپنے ہاں سے اللہ، اپنے اسم کریم اور اپنے حبیب عظیم کے اسم کے تصدق جس سے بڑا تیرے سوا کوئی نہیں ھے اے اللہ تمام مسولین (سوال کیے ھوئے اشخاص) کو تمام شر اور شیطان راندہ کے شر سے محفوظ فرما، اے رحیم ،اے سب رحم کرنے والوں سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والے، میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں/یا کرتی ہوں کہ مجھے میرے اہل خانہ(زوجہ یا شوہر)کو اور اولاد اور اقرباء کو تمام شر سے نجات عطا فرما اور ھمیں اپنی حفاظت میں رکھ، ہمارے لئیے اپنے ہاں تمام خیر تحریر (مقدر) فرما، اور تمام وسیع رزق تحریراور مقدر فرما، میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں/ کرتی ہوں کہ ہمیں اپنے حبیب سیدنا محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زیارت سے بہرہ مند فرما، اے ھمارے اللہ سیدنا محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور ان کی آل پاک پر اپنا درود بھیج ، آسمانوں اور زمین میں جو کچھ ھے اس کے عدد کے مطابق، اور جو کچھ تجھے معلوم ھے اس کے عدد کے موافق، اللہ پاک کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں اور سیدنا محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اللہ پاک کے پیغمبر اور (رسول) ہیں۔

This is the special Dua by Hazrat Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain (RA) in his own handwriting in Arabic (with translation) to be recited for all purposes. It is to be recited in Arabic three times in the morning after fajr and three or four times after Isha (Night salat) prayers. After recitation, blow it on yourself and on your loved ones, then make dua for any ‘Sharai’ (lawful) needs. Narrated the way as told by Hazrate Sheikh Syed Manzoor Hussain(R.A)
O Allah! O Allah! O Allah! O Allah, Who listens to our Duas,please accept our Duas,and protect us from all and various diseases, and ailments, and protect us O Allah! Through Your Exalted Name and for the sake of the name of your esteemed Beloved Prophet (ﷺ), from whom no one is greater except You. O Allah!Protect all those who are asking You for protection from all kinds of Evil (harm), and from the Evil of damned Satan, O Merciful Who is the most Beneficent than all Beneficents, I ask You for myself, for my family, for my wife/ husband, for my children, for my all near and dear ones, deliver us from all kinds of Evil (harm) and give us Your protection, and destine (write) for us all kind of goodness (khair). And write (destined) for us abundant and bountiful sustenance (rizq). I ask You that bless us with the Ziarat (vision) of Your beloved Prophet Mohammed (ﷺ). O Allah,send ‘Darud’ on our Lord Syedna Mohammed (ﷺ) and his progeny, equal to the number of all that is present in skies and the earth, and equal in number to all that You know. We testify that there is no God except Allah and our Lord (Syedna) Mohammed (ﷺ) is Allah’s Prophet.
